If you would like to send the voucher as a virtual gift voucher directly to the recipient, please enter the recipient's email address in the customer information at checkout and it will land in their inbox. Please note, you're unable to add any personal gift messages to the virtual gift vouchers when sent direct to the recipient.

I want to add a personal message to my gift voucher recipient:

If you'd rather add a personal message to your gift voucher, please enter your email address in the customer information at checkout. You'll then be able to add in your own personal gift message and forward the gift voucher onto the recipient by email. 

I want to send a hard copy of the gift voucher in the post:

If you want to send a hard copy of the voucher in the post please enter your email address in the customer information at checkout. Then simply print out a copy of the virtual gift voucher at home to pop into your envelope and into the mail.

Do you have a physical shop?

Please note that gift vouchers purchased on this website are for the My Guestbook online store only we do not have a physical shop.

How does my recipient redeem their gift voucher?

Gift voucher recipients can redeem their voucher at www.myguestbook.co.nz using the code provided. 

I live overseas but my recipient lives in New Zealand, will the voucher be in $NZD?

Yes, all vouchers are issued in $NZD (New Zealand dollars).

When do My Guestbook gift vouchers expire?

Good news, they never expire! All our vouchers have no expiry date as who wants a voucher that expires!
