Shipping Information
All of our guestbooks and stationery are carefully packaged and shipped from our Auckland studio.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia only.
Delivery Times (once order is ready to ship)
New Zealand: 2–5 business days (urban), 3–7 business days (rural)
Australia: 5–10 business days (may vary by location)
Please note: personalised or made-to-order guestbooks may take additional production time before dispatch. Estimated production times are shown on each product page.
Shipping Rates
New Zealand: Flat rate $9 NZD
We offer a flat rate for shipping within New Zealand and do not charge extra for rural delivery. All our guest books are shipped by New Zealand Post using their tracked courier service with signature required unless you advise us otherwise.
Australia: Flat rate $38 NZD
Shipping to Australia is via DHL. If your address is rural it may be worth having your order shipped to your work address. Sometimes DHL outsources rural deliveries to Australia Post. Once the parcel has been handed over to Australia Post we are unable to track it until it reaches the final ticketed destination. We have never lost a parcel but if your order is time sensitive it would be prudent to ship to an urban address just to be on the safe side.
Handling & Dispatch
In stock (off the shelf products) are usually dispatched within 1 business day. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been sent. If your product is a 'made to order product' please see the product description for details on production time.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link when the courier collects your order from our studio. Please keep an eye on the tracking to make sure you are aware of any contact by the courier service to arrange delivery. If the courier has tried to deliver your order (and then returned the item to the depot ) and you have not been in touch or failed to contact them within their allocated timeframe, and the parcel is returned to us, we unfortunately can not cover the cost of re-sending your order back to you and the order can not be refunded.
Do you offer rush shipping?
If you need a rush order please contact us to see how we can help. If you are in Auckland, we have an account with Deadline Express who will collect from our studio in Laingholm and deliver across town within 3 hours. This service costs around $45 to the CBD as a rough guide.
How do you package my order for shipping?
All our guestbooks, canvases and prints are packaged in acid free tissue paper then shipped in a rigid cardboard boxes. Larger paper prints will be rolled in acid free tissue paper and heavy duty mailing tubes. We aim to make all our packaging as eco-friendly as possible so that your unboxing experience isn’t tarnished by excessive amounts of non-recyclable plastic.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Any additional taxes or customs duties that are incurred within your country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient. These may include quarantine charges, especially for things like wood if you are ordering a framed guestbook. Both NZ Post and DHL do not insure glass so we do not reccomend ordering framed guestbooks with glass from outside Auckland.
Important Notes
We do not currently ship outside New Zealand and Australia.
Delivery estimates are guidelines only; delays may occur due to courier networks, customs, or peak holiday seasons.
