Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all giveaways and competitions (“Promotion”) run by My Guestbook, New Zealand via our website, social media, or email. By entering, participants agree to the following:

1. Promoter

The promoter is My Guestbook, New Zealand.

2. Eligibility

Open to New Zealand residents only.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

Employees of My Guestbook, their immediate families, and anyone directly connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

Entry details will be specified in the original giveaway post or announcement.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not follow the entry instructions may be deemed invalid.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Prize

The prize will be specified in the giveaway post or announcement.

One x A4 Pōhutukawa Family Tree Fingerprint Print (unframed) includes 3 ink pads and a fine art pen. Shipping within NZ included in prize.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

My Guestbook reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Promotion Period

Start and end dates will be specified in the giveaway post or announcement.

Competition closes Sunday 7 September at midnight. Winner will be announced Monday 8 September.

Entries received outside this timeframe will not be valid.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be drawn at random after the Promotion closes.

The winner will be announced via My Guestbook’s social media channels or contacted directly using the details provided.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, My Guestbook reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

7. Liability

My Guestbook is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or otherwise not received due to technical issues.

By entering, participants agree that My Guestbook is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may result from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.

8. Privacy

Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in accordance with My Guestbook’s Privacy Policy.

9. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other third-party platform.
