Shipping policy

Your order will be sent by courier through the Courier Post network, tracked and signed for delivery. When your order is shipped we will email you a tracking link so you can track your order delivery through the Courier Post online tracking system.

If you prefer to have your order sent non signature please let us know in the comments box with special instructions. Please note orders sent with your authority to leave are shipped this way at your risk.

We charge a flat rate for shipping within New Zealand and do not charge extra for rural deliveries.
