    We ship to New Zealand and Australia.

    Handling time

    Ready-made items are generally prepared for dispatch within 1 business day. Personalised and handmade items may require up to 21 business days before dispatch.

    Shipping within New Zealand

    We offer tracked courier delivery throughout New Zealand using the NZ Post courier network.

    • Shipping rate: $9 NZD
    • Estimated transit: 1–3 business days after dispatch
    • Rural delivery: Included in the flat shipping rate

    Once your order has been packaged and collected from our Auckland studio, we’ll email you a tracking link.

    Signature required

    Our guestbooks are normally sent with signature-required delivery to help ensure they arrive safely.

    If you would prefer your parcel to be left without a signature, please add clear delivery instructions in the comments box when placing your order. You can also arrange a safe place for delivery through NZ Post’s Leave My Parcel service once tracking is available.

    Please choose a location that is secure, sheltered from the weather and out of sight from the street. Once a parcel has been left in accordance with your authority-to-leave instructions, we may not be able to assist with loss or damage that occurs after delivery.

    Shipping to Australia

    We offer delivery to Australia.

    • Shipping rate: $38 NZD
    • Estimated transit: 3–14 business days after dispatch

    Please allow 1–21 business days for handling, depending on whether your order is ready-made or personalised.

    Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at tracey@myguestbook.co.nz.

    Once a parcel has been collected, we may be unable to change its delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply if it needs to be redirected or resent.

    If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss the available timeframe.
